The study's scope is very important because the mobile service industry is rapidly growing in Pakistan, and this industry is facing intense competition, and there are a large number of users who are switching from one brand to another, so our study will be useful in determining the factors that influence brand switching and analyzing customer preferences. Our research variables include service quality, price, brand image, value offered, trust, satisfaction, and customer loyalty, with switching cost serving as the dependent variable. To collect data, various techniques are used. The statistical package SPSS was used to analyze the data for this study. This study identifies several factors that influence consumer switching in the telecom industry.

The telecom division has played an important role in the development of Pakistan's economy.
