Comparative Analysis of Tools and Processes As Used in Six Sigma Abstract The critical objectives of the construction industry today are to complete a project within a specified time, scope, and budget by standardising processes and making efficient use of resources, as provided by project management techniques like Programme Evaluation and Review Techniques, Critical Path Method, and Cost Benefit Analysis, among others.
