Transactional Leadership and Employee Job Satisfaction Abstract The primary goal of this research is to show the connection between transactional and transformational leadership behaviours - a contemporary style of leadership in which workers have ideal views of their managers in food and beverage businesses - and job happiness. To that end, a thorough search of the literature was conducted initially, followed by a deliberate sample technique, and data were gathered through questionnaires from a total of 491 workers working for first-class food and beverage businesses with tourist operation licences in Istanbul.
