A Study of Sickness Absenteeism of CSSD Employees in Public Hospital ABSTRACT Sickness absenteeism, especially among hospital workers, is a source of worry owing to the poor economic and morale consequences. The first step of the research was to identify groups of hospital workers who are at greater risk of illness absenteeism based on demographic (sex, age, marital status) and occupational (occupational group, length of hospital employment) factors.
