Online Services Viz-a-viz Customer Awareness and Satisfaction Abstract For a well-established regional bank based in India, E-Banking is an application that was created. e-banking is a concept that aims to bring the bank closer to its customers and improve its basic operational strategies. The bank wants to introduce IT-enabled services through E-Banking (ITES). Only the customer has access to the E-Banking services. These E-Banking services would be fully integrated with the existing core banking solution. Using ATMs, internet banking, and mobile banking, a variety of services are offered to the customer, allowing him or her to complete simple tasks without having to visit the bank every time.
