Study on Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Leadership Style Abstract The purpose of this research is to look at the effect of Emotional Intelligence on the development of leadership skills in Jordanian industrial firms listed on the Amman Stock Exchange. Employees from these businesses make up the study's population. The respondents were selected using a basic random sample method, with a total of 154 questionnaires being sent to the chosen respondents. The idea was tested using statistical techniques. The findings of this study show that emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skill) has a significant positive impact on the development of leadership competencies; the study also shows that motivation is the most influential dimension of emotional intelligence.
