Design of eLearning System for College Student - Information System ABSTRACT The article examines the current e-learning system in Bhutan and discusses some of its shortcomings. A unique lifelong learning system designed especially for Bhutanese schooling is introduced. The article covers the goals and achievements of a new lifelong e-learning prototype - the Bhutanese e-learning system. It is a prototype that may be modified to fulfil a variety of functions in order to engage students and increase their involvement. The system also functions as a basic student information system, giving student information; however, development and integration of additional features, such as a result management system, may be beneficial. Lifelong learning, remote learning, e-learning, and a responsive online system are examples of keywords.
