The Impact of Human Resource Planning on Organizational Performance Abstract Human resource planning is one of the fastest expanding fields of academic study. Human resources are regarded as a fundamental competence by organisations since they lead to improved organisational performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of human resource planning on organisational performance. The goal of this study is to identify important variables of formal human resource planning that contribute to telecom industry success. The data was gathered from top managers, middle level managers, and first line HR managers of 50 offices, including head offices and regional offices, through 160 questionnaires, some of which included interviews and open-ended questions based on performance and Human Resource Planning metrics.
