Customer Satisfaction on Financial Services in Stock and Shares Abstract Customer satisfaction with the financial services provided by Karvy Bangalore was the subject of this study, which was conducted for Karvy Stock Broking Limited, Bangalore. Customers' satisfaction with various financial services is the study's primary goal, but it also aims to determine customer awareness, the most lucrative business area, factors that influence service quality, charges levied, and customer relations and services provided. This study relies on descriptive research. Using a structured questionnaire, 200 customers of Karvy Stock Broking Limited in Bangalore were surveyed for primary data. We interviewed and recorded the existing customers of Karvy Stock Broking Limited directly. As part of the study, data were collected from existing customer groups using judgmental sampling.
