A Comparative Study on Patient Satisfaction in VIP Suites Abstract Background and goal: In Bangladesh, little is known about patient satisfaction and its relationship to healthcare costs. The study's goal was to conduct a comparative examination of patient satisfaction in relation to healthcare costs in public and private healthcare settings in Bangladesh. This cross-sectional research was carried out at two public and two private hospitals in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Purposive sampling yielded a total of 1120 responses. A semi-structured questionnaire was used to gather data. A 5-point Likert scale was used to evaluate the degree of satisfaction. Expenses incurred throughout the hospital stay were also documented.
