A Study of Performance Management Abstract The purpose of this research is to investigate and evaluate Performance Management components and their use in HCL. The research included a thorough evaluation of the techniques for evaluating and improving the performance management system in relation to its goals. The study used exploratory research followed by descriptive research. The research relied on nonprobability convenience sampling. There are 40 people in the sample. Two structured questionnaires were used to gather primary data. Answers to the questionnaire were sought using the depth interview technique. As a result of the importance of a PMS system for any company, companies must spend in technology-oriented goods, services, software, and hardware to enhance their performance.
