Training Types and Their Impact on Employee Job Satisfaction ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effect of training kinds on employee job satisfaction at First Bank Nig. Plc in Asaba, Delta State. This research work's sources or data were both primary and secondary data. To get respondents' opinions, a structured Likert scale questionnaire was used. In order to obtain sufficient information from respondents, the stratified sampling method was also used. The findings revealed that vestibule, on-the-job training, role modelling, and other training methods are currently the strategic options pursued by service firms in order to develop their organizational asset. It was concluded that training types have a direct relationship with employees' job satisfaction in that their individual potentials are equipped and developed.
