Production Plan and Control on Operational Cost of Manufacturing industry Abstract In most developing nations, particularly production planning and operating costs in manufacturing sectors are significant concerns. Production planning and operational cost management are becoming more important for both government and private organisations in order to satisfy the growing demand for products and services in any given area. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the beverage industry uses and implements production planning and control, as well as how important it is to the businesses' operational cost reduction and expenditures.
