A Study to Evaluate the Banking Services Provided to SME Customers Abstract Small and medium enterprise (SME) customers in Coimbatore are the primary focus of this study. Discovering new product requirements for SME customers, customer satisfaction levels, and marketing effectiveness for banks in Coimbatore are the primary goals. The researcher relies on descriptive research for his or her findings. We used a non-probability sampling technique called convenience sampling. Using a structured questionnaire, the interview method was used to collect the primary data. Due to challenges encountered in collecting the data, some people were unwilling to answer the question; however the study shows that most people are satisfied with Coimbatore's banking services.
