Effects of IT on Inventory Management in Healthcare Organizations Abstract The goal of this research was to see how inventory management methods affected organisational performance in Kenyan public health facilities. The particular goals were to determine the impact of inventory loss, inventory investment, inventory turnover, and inventory record accuracy on Kenyatta National Hospital's organisational performance: The research was conducted using a descriptive case study approach. SPSS was used to conduct the statistical analysis. Inventory investment and inventory record accuracy have a favourable impact on organisational performance, whereas inventory shrinkage has a negative impact on Kenyatta National Hospital's organisational performance.
