ABSTRACT

Leadership is one of the most important factors in improving an organization's success. It is thought that the leadership style of an organization affects its overall outcomes. This study focuses on three types of leadership authoritarian leadership, democratic leadership, and laissez faire leadership. The contributions of leadership styles on organizational success were also addressed. It is clear that leadership styles have a significant connection to a company's success, since the way the leader manages his workers ultimately determines the organization's performance. 

When a leader engages and considers workers' thoughts and input when making choices, productivity will rise indirectly, particularly from employees who feel like they are a part of an input that leads to motivation.

INTRODUCTION

Leadership is defined as a kind of advice that a person may provide to a certain group, in which he controls relationships in order to influence the behavior of another individual or group. Leadership is a reciprocal social power structure in which leaders and superiors influence one another to achieve company goals. Leadership is a critical leadership role that requires the ability to motivate a group of individuals toward a shared goal. Leadership focuses on the development, expectations, and capacity building of followers (Klein et al., 2013). 

Managers in leadership roles must focus on the development of their staff's value system, motivation, and morale, as well as the development of their skills. This approach may eventually help followers since they operate in a business setting. accomplish their objectives. CONCLUSION

This study primarily focuses on the three most prevalent leadership types, which are authoritarian leadership, democratic leadership, and laissez faire leadership. In comparison to the other two types, democratic leadership is preferred since it will assist in improving the performance of workers and the company as a whole. The autocratic style is the least successful since it may demotivate workers and decrease organizational productivity and performance. This study demonstrated leadership styles as well as their effects on the company.
