Abstract

The present research is empirical and focuses on Customer retention and the impact of loyalty programmes Customers who physically visited branded retail establishments to purchase their goods were used to gather data for the research in the Gwalior area. The software MANCOVA was used to assess the impact of loyalty programmes on customer retention. According to the findings, loyalty programmes are effective in boosting purchases for a significant percentage of consumers.

In this research, three constructs were used: the Quality of Work Life Questionnaire, Employee Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment. In this research, standardised measurements were utilised. According to the findings, factors such as quality of work life have a substantial impact on organisational commitment. Different demographics were utilised in the present research, with the results showing that experience, as a fixed factor, has an impact on job satisfaction.
