India Bulls & the Indian Stock Market - MBA Finance

Introduction

Through the dematerialization of the Indian capital market, the Indian capital market has been connected to the international financial market, and the standard in terms of efficiency and transparency has been raised. Given the constraints revealed by the Indian Capital Market in terms of handling and dealing in securities on paper, the primary goal of this research is to examine trends in the development of the dematerialization process in the Indian Capital Market. Due to the unpopularity of Demit, a lack of information, and a lack of direction after the scheme's launch or the early time required to assess its popularity, the dematerialization process was not keeping pace with the Indian Capital Market. My project is based on research on demutualization in the Indian capital market.

Conclusion

The bulk of India's non-financial banks do not provide a wide range of goods and services. One strategy that institutions may use to stay competitive is to retain as many clients as feasible. Customer retention is only achievable via customer happiness. Thus, in today's competitive environment, client happiness is the key to success. IBFL has a strong loan proposal procedure, which aids in loan approval. The loan was sanctioned in a timely manner by the business. Loans are sometimes refused; thus, the manager must keep a record of the rejected applications in order to analyze the sources of issues.
