Abstract
Over the last decade, corporate organisations have focused more on human capital since it is the most valuable and cherished asset. While recruiting people, companies must carefully map out their available human resources because they provide a competitive edge to the organisations. For many companies, recruiting has become a requirement of human resource capital. Because of the entrance of global corporations, business organisations are developing contemporary recruitment and selecting techniques. The purpose of this research is to investigate the recruiting and selection process at Sai Global Yarntex Private Limited. Organizations with the greatest human capital availability get a competitive edge and become the true lifeblood of the company.
This study investigates the examination of literature for organisational recruiting and selection processes. The study made use of both primary and secondary data. The questionnaire technique was used to gather primary data from 40 workers. The percentage approach was used to get the findings.
Introduction

Conclusion
The research was performed among 50 employees of The Sai Global Yarntex Private Ltd, Vellampalli. The data was gathered via a questionnaire, and it was thoroughly categorized and evaluated using all available methods. According to the study, the majority of the workers in the business were happy, but adjustments are needed due to the changing situation of the recruiting process, which has a significant effect on the functioning of the company as new blood and ideas join the organisation.
