A Study On Revenue And Utilization - MBA Operations
Abstract
The motivation for this research stems from a lack of empirical research on state income production and use for public service provision. The research, on the other hand, looks at the effect of income production and usage on the delivery of social services in State. This research is based on an experimental research design that employs descriptive and empirical research methods. To experimentally evaluate the effect of income production on social service delivery in Plateau State, the research uses basic percentages, graphs, and charts as descriptive data analysis methods, as well as Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression analysis. For the period 2006 to 2015, the study finds that revenue generation as a whole has an impact on social service delivery in State, with the majority of revenue sources coming from the federation account, capital receipts, and other revenue, which are individually not significant in impacting social service delivery in State.

Introduction
Like it has a constitutionally mandated social duty to care after the welfare of its people. Importantly, the government must address social justice, poverty reduction, housing, health, education, and human rights problems. State's government has the main responsibility of creating a genuinely egalitarian where people would work together for the development of all communities, regardless of race or ethnic background (Chand & Naidu, 2010). The government has created Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to help in service delivery in order to fulfil its duties. Government service delivery may be divided into three categories. The first is administration service delivery, which comprises general administration, defence, internal security, and the National Assembly. Second, economic service delivery include agricultural, construction, transportation, and commerce, as well as other economic services.

Conclusion
The purpose of this research is to look at how money is generated and how it is used to provide social services in State. The research comes to a significant conclusion based on the results that there is a link between income production and its application to social service delivery in Plateau State. First, the revenue generated and allocated to State's health sector is insufficiently utilised in providing health services in comparison to total revenue generated, and second, the revenue generated and allocated to State's education sector is insufficiently utilised in providing education services in comparison to total revenue generated.
