This research highlights the significance of Total Quality Management and the factors that may improve an organization's efficiency, quality, and performance. Management is the art of getting people to perform their jobs. TQM is a management concept that is widely recognised as a method for increasing an organization's productivity. TQM believes that management methods, tools, and systems may be used to gather and present information in ways that assist the human brain in grasping concepts and ideas that, when applied to physical processes, result in improved outcomes. otal Quality Control We need to find a way to understand the need for change in the manufacturing sector and to better manage our projects and manufacturing firms. The performance of production managers must be improved. Manufacturing prices are rising at an alarming rate. Management of quality is more complex than it should be. Settlement by negotiation, arbitration, or even litigation imposes a serious drain on a company's financial resources and limits profit potential when turnaround at the end of an order becomes a gut-wrenching experience with unnecessary disputes (which must be settled) that arise due to insufficient quality or indifference to quality. Manufacturing businesses must offer more consistent quality and value to their owners/customers to remain competitive in today's market. It's time to put the old adversarial approach to managing production tasks behind us. It's time to build stronger, more direct connections with our owners/customers, to encourage greater cooperation on the worksite, and to provide higher-quality results. Such objectives need the establishment of a continuous improvement (CI) strategy inside the business in order to offer quality management. Conclusion

In my research, I discovered that Shahi Exports Pvt.Ltd., Banglore, has implemented comprehensive quality management. This research also shows a deep understanding of the six sigma and kaizen systems. These systems are very beneficial in terms of increasing quality and reducing garment rejection in the garment industry. Also know various Japanese tools of 5S concept, suggestion system and quality control circle. This study also gives some suggestions to reduce the garment rejection and improve quality of product in the production unit of Shahi Exports Pvt.Ltd, Bangalore. This observation research is very beneficial to my job.
