An Empirical Study to Enhance the Market Share - MBA Marketing
Abstract
In Iran, Hamrah Aval and Irancell have become increasingly competitive in the past few years. A tight race has forced both service providers to spend significant sums on marketing. In order to improve marketing planning, it is necessary to identify important factors. Market share adjustment effects of marketing communications are examined in this study. Environmental issues, marketing organization, market development, and relationship-oriented issues are the four factors identified in this paper's proposed study using principal component analysis (PCA).
Introduction
Hamrah Aval and Irancell, Iran's two largest mobile service providers, have been increasingly competitive in recent years. Both service providers have spent a significant amount of money on marketing planning because the competition is so fierce. Currently, these two mobile providers sponsor the most popular TV shows, and their promotional plans can be seen on various billboards located on highways, subways, and other public places around the country.
This means that these firms must find more efficient and effective ways to communicate with the market in order to not only maintain their market share, but also gain more market share. It is possible to introduce high-quality products to the market in a number of different ways. Building-to-order and lean manufacturing processes have been used by many industries for years to attract more customers and gain market share (Sharma & LaPlaca, 2005; White & Dieckman, 2005; Belch et al, 2008).
Conclusion
Market share adjustment was studied in this paper. The study focused on regular Iran cell customers in Tehran, Iran. Environmental issues, marketing organization, market development, and relationship-oriented issues are the four factors identified in this paper's proposed study using principle component analysis (PCA). Four sub-components make up the first factor, which is environment-related, with "Information" being the most important, followed by "Motivation," "Perception," and "Power." Three factors are included in the marketing organization factor, with "marketing capabilities" being the most important.
