Diagnosing Organizational Learning in IT Industry


Abstract

The goal of the study was to determine the availability of organisational learning dimensions in a group of Baghdad-based industrial companies (the General Company for Vegetable Oil Industries, Baghdad Soft Drinks Company, National Company for Chemical and Plastic Industries, and Modern Dyes Industries Company), as well as the extent to which the study sample is aware of the concept. The questionnaire, which consists of (20) paragraphs divided into four dimensions of the study's dimensionality, was used as a tool for collecting information to assess the dimensions of organisational learning prevalent in the surveyed companies in a random sample of(48) unit officials working for selected industrial companies.
