Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) are the newest and most effective enterprise resource planning solutions, and they consist of an integrated information, management, and engineering system that fulfils all of an organization's requirements. ERP installation is expensive and time-consuming, and it involves fundamental process changes; if done incorrectly, it will create problems in most areas of the company and will almost likely fail. As a result, identifying critical success criteria in ERP implementation helps companies in avoiding project failure. By analysing 185 managers, professionals, and specialists from the Information and Communication Technology Institute affiliated with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of India, this study attempts to uncover critical success criteria for ERP.
