Abstract

The purpose of this research project, titled "The Impact of Industrial Relations on Employee Performance in the Bank of Agriculture (BOA) Kaduna," was to determine whether a good industrial relations system increases employee productivity. Various authors were consulted to address the issues raised in the study and the research question. The survey research technique known as ex-post factor was utilized to attain the advantages of the study effort. Due to the vastness of the populations, the researchers employed a sample size of 150 people from the study population as responders. The definition of industrial relations, collective bargaining, industrial disputes, employee charters, and employee involvement in management were all discussed.
