Abstract
Human resources are an organization's most valuable asset. Training and development are regarded as the most essential aspects of every company. Due to increased rivalry in the footwear manufacturing industry, it is critical for the VKC Group to assess the efficacy of employee training in order to make them more competitive and efficient in comparison to other footwear manufacturers.
“A study of the efficacy of training and development would be useful in evaluating training efficacy and identifying areas for further training to stay up with the demands of worldwide company. The research used a questionnaire designed to assess different variables that influence training efficacy, and the findings are presented in table and graph style. Based on this sample, conclusions are drawn.
Conclusion
Top management believes that training is an important element of the company since it is the key to attitudinal change, behavioral change, and the performance of workers. It should be provided to at least one employee. Both managers and employees believe that the training should be provided by both external and internal faculty. Technical and behavioral training are both essential for the organization's growth. Organizational production is rising as a result of training and development initiatives. Finally, for any training programme to be effective, management and workers must work together.
