Introduction
Profit and growth, which are essential to the existence of a business, must be considered in any analysis of its performance. Continuity is also determined by ensuring that business performance outcomes are satisfactory to stakeholders (Brito & Santos, 2012). A dynamic and uncertain business environment requires firms that want to grow and succeed over the long term to develop and implement strong competitive strategies. These competitive strategies are designed to help the firm understand how the environment is changing, see the opportunities that are available to it, and respond quickly to any obstacles that may appear. Increased maneuverability and market share lead to greater profitability (Kehinde & Ikioda, 2011).
Increasingly, IEC-EA products and services must be elevated in order to meet individual needs. Coaches are currently dissatisfied with IEC-services EA's and products because they perform below expectations. Since customer expectations and product standards determine satisfaction, the quality of the product or service, as well as the price and purchase conditions, are key factors in customer satisfaction. It is also possible to find a positive relationship between perceived expectations and actual satisfaction by controlling the performance of the product itself.
