Study of CRM Implementation in Company
Study of CRM Implementation in Company
Abstract
Implementations of customer relationship management (CRM) in Slovenia have risen rapidly in recent years, following the trend seen elsewhere. There are few studies that describe how the implementation project progresses before, during, and after implementation. CRM implementation in a Slovene service company is examined in detail. An analysis of the CRM implementation case study shows that it is a holistic and complex concept, which means that it is more than just the integration of new information technology. A process approach and a customer-centric orientation should be in place. According to the study, effective leadership, the acquisition of resources, and the control of CRM strategy implementation are essential.

Introduction
In today's world, companies compete on a global scale. Customers have a wide range of choices, which makes them more sensitive, demanding, and on the lookout for new and better products. For example, certification ISO 9000, costs, delivery speed, time from product/service development to market release, newest technology and CRM implementation can all contribute to an organization's competitive advantage. The valuable customer in particular selects the business partners in saturated markets.

Conclusion
Despite the literature's high failure rate for CRM implementation, case study results show some positive experiences with the final CRM implementation. Not to be left out are the issues raised in this paper throughout the entire process and successfully resolved. A relative lack of CRM empirical studies, particularly in this business sector, prompted this case study. Some of the approaches and theories related to CRM and CRM project implementation have been identified in this modest contribution and have been analyzed.
