Introduction
The most valuable asset of every business is its human resources, which guarantee that the company's goals and objectives are met. (2012, Human Resource Article) Unfortunately, most organizations have ignored the development and management of their most valuable asset, which is human capital (human resource Article 2012). According to Susan (2012), human resource management is the role inside an organization that is responsible for the recruitment, management, and direction of the people that work there.
It is also a systematic and all-encompassing approach to managing people, as well as the workplace culture and environment (Susan, 2012). Human resource management that is successful allows workers to contribute effectively and productively to the overall business direction and the achievement of the organization's goals and objectives.
Conclusion
Taking into account everything that has been discussed, the review of related literature, and the research findings obtained in this study, it has been established beyond all reasonable doubt that human resource development, motivational tools, training, and so on make workers more effective in their various jobs. Though the analysis of the subject matter focuses on private businesses, the research is necessary in acknowledgment of the fact that in all areas of human endeavors, whether private or public organization's, there is a need for the study.
It is no longer essential to place excessive emphasis on the positive effects that good human resource development may have on any company that adopts the discipline.
