Proportional random sampling was used as a sampling technique in this study. This study's population consisted of 208 workers. In addition, PT. Gatra Mapan provided a sample of 137 respondents. Questionnaires were utilized to gather study data. Path Analysis was used to examine the data. The findings of this research show that work discipline may mitigate the impact of the work environment on employee performance.

Work discipline has a significant impact on the work environment and employee performance since it is a means of reinforcing performance or standards. With the presence of workers who are constantly disciplined in their job, the company's performance will undoubtedly increase. Employees will be more disciplined if they work in a pleasant atmosphere.
