The Impact of Remuneration in the Manufacturing Company
The Impact of Remuneration in the Manufacturing Company
Introduction
The terms compensation and incentive are not new, but they do need regular and consistent updating of the system in use. It is with this in mind that this study effort is intended to explore and unravel the system and technique suitable for the line of business one trades with. Despite the fact that the manufacturing sector will get particular attention, efforts will be made to explore the concepts that apply to all compensation and incentive programmed.
To be informed, the effect of compensation and incentive may not need this type of debate as it will simply be a waste of time because sufficient and suitable provision for such may be provided with simplicity. However, it goes beyond this, as many factors and characteristics must be examined before any manufacturing firm would pay anything in the name of compensation. With the country's volatile economic climate, it becomes a risky scenario when questions of what is to be paid and the basis of evaluation emerge. This is because when enough provisions are not provided, employees are paid less than what is acceptable and proportionate with the job done. When this occurs, such businesses tend to lose other devotion, resulting in a pitying scenario in production.
STUDY OF OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE
- To determine the degree to which decisions on what and how employees are paid are made.
- To decide on the appropriate form of compensation to use.
- Determine the amount of pay or incentive that will encourage employees to improve production.
- To ascertain the impact of the prospect of retrenchment on employees.
THE STUDY'S IMPORTANCE
In this study, I attempted to gather resources that would offer a complete convergence of issues related to the effect of compensation and incentive.
- It is a study for the benefit of students studying Engineering, Management, and Business, as well as those preparing for related professional exams.
- I tried to integrate almost all elements of job participation, management service, roles, and a social service approach to labor relations. Which I believe are pertinent to my primary topic.
- I've also added comments about research efforts and more recent advances in various methods related to compensation and sectors when relevant.
