Abstract
Women's labor-force participation has been steadily rising and is still growing. Legal and cultural norms, coupled with the inertia of old non-religious and intellectual traditions, now limit women's entrance and involvement in the labour market.
Particular barriers to equal participation within the geographic point included a lack of access to academic opportunities prohibitions or restrictions on members of a specific gender entering or learning a field discrimination within fields, as well as wage, management, and status hierarchies and therefore the expectation that mothers, rather than fathers, should be the gender pay gap, the difference between women's earnings as a result of decisions and express discrimination the "glass ceiling," which prevents ladies from reaching the upper echelons of their companies favoritism and sexual harassment and network discrimination, whereby recruiters for high-status jobs are usually men. Despite these obstacles, women are breaking through in all professions.
Introduction
In today's world, women are venturing into a variety of fields. Women are participating at about the same rate as males. Many women are emerging from their shells. Though there are instances when women are mistreated or are not given first attention over males. Women's security is also inadequate in several sectors, which causes many women to abandon their careers and aspirations. This is due to the fact that many companies continue to use the refined phrase “GLASS CEILING.”
This is also known as the ethnographic description of the processes that place men and women inside entrepreneurial activities. Entrepreneurship and gender prejudice have a significant connection, which creates different and potential types of gender bias. There are numerous problems concerning women in the workplace, and some women overcome these challenges to advance their careers. There are many variables and regressions that influence the connection between gender prejudices in the workplace.
Conclusion
The current research indicates that there are many difficulties and problems that women workers encounter at work, which not only impact their workplace but also their home lives. This research showed different experiences of female workers as well as their perspectives on corporate culture and environment. As a result, this study concludes that there are many problems faced by women employees at their workplace, but women employees are still overcoming these obstacles and emerging successful in their respective fields, and they serve as a role model of inspiration for many women who are self-conscious.
